This machine features a self-propelled mobile structure design, equipped with a high-efficiency cantilever centrifugal shot blasting wheel and PLC frequency control system, capable of moving forward, backward, and turning with “clean anytime, leave anytime” flexibility. The enclosed shot circulation system and high-efficiency dust collector enable dust-free, pollution-free operation. Widely applicable for concrete bridge deck waterproofing scarifying, asphalt pavement maintenance, airport runway rubber removal, steel plate rust removal, and tank cleaning on large-area horizontal surfaces, with cleaning quality up to Sa2.5~Sa3 grade.

The HLT series mobile shot blasting machine is a self-propelled surface treatment unit that utilizes mechanical shot blasting principles to efficiently clean large horizontal surfaces. Its core operating principle involves using a blast wheel to propel high-speed rotating abrasive media (shot) via centrifugal force; this creates a dense, fan-shaped stream of shot that strikes the work surface at high velocity and a specific angle. The impact removes surface laitance, impurities, rust, old coatings, and contaminants, while simultaneously imparting a uniform surface roughness. Concurrently, the integrated dust collector generates strong negative pressure to recover the shot and the dislodged debris and dust; following an airflow separation process, intact shot is automatically recirculated for reuse, while impurities and dust are deposited into the collection bin. The cleaning process is dust-free and pollution-free, with automatic shot recycling. The mechanical system comprises several straightforward components, including the blasting assembly, shot recovery chamber, separation unit, and drive mechanism. Capable of forward and backward movement as well as turning, the HLT mobile shot blasting machine supports continuous operation, enabling a flexible workflow where cleaning can commence or cease at any time.

Regarding manufacturing and structural quality, the main body of the HLT series machine is constructed from high-wear-resistance Mn13 and 65# manganese steel plates. Wear parts—such as the blast wheel and directional sleeve—are also precision-cast from wear-resistant materials for longevity. The internal liner plates consist of thickened manganese alloy steel (8–12 mm) for robust durability. A modern air-separation system is used to ensure the complete recovery and separation of steel shot. The PLC control system, combined with variable-frequency drive (VFD) technology, allows for the adjustment of travel speed and shot flow rate to achieve optimal cleaning results. The machine features a high-efficiency dust collector with a separate dust bin design, facilitating easy disposal of collected dust. The entire unit utilizes a modular, sectional structure, with wear-resistant inserts placed between main modules to extend operational life. In terms of applications, the HLT mobile shot blasting machine is widely used in the following areas: Cement/Concrete Surfaces—surface treatment for factory floors, warehouses, and parking lots (removing old markings, coatings, paint, waterproofing/anti-corrosion materials, contaminants, and impurities); renovation of old floors and preparation for new floor coatings; and roughening concrete bridge decks for waterproofing. Asphalt Concrete Surfaces—routine preventive maintenance for highways, bridges, and asphalt roads (removing impurities and markings, restoring friction coefficients, increasing surface roughness, and cleaning up flushed/bleeding asphalt). Steel Surfaces—rust removal on bridge deck steel plates; surface pre-treatment to enhance adhesion before applying waterproofing/anti-corrosion materials or secondary concrete pours; shot blasting for ship decks and oil rig platforms; and cleaning the interior and exterior walls of gas tanks, oil storage tanks, and water reservoirs.
